One-Day Excursion to the Ouzoud Waterfalls from Marrakech
Discover the stunning Ouzoud Waterfalls on this one-day excursion. These cascades are among Morocco’s most popular and spectacular natural wonders, and the second highest in the country, with a height of 110 meters. First, we’ll pick you up and head toward the waterfalls, located about 160 km from Marrakech. Once there, you can explore the area and enjoy various optional activities. Finally, we’ll return to Marrakech in the afternoon.

Itinerario
Full-Day Excursion to the Ouzoud Falls from Marrakech (≈10–11 hours total; 2.5–3 hours travel each way):
After pick-up at 08:00 from your Riad or hotel, we’ll head northeast through olive groves and Berber villages, with a short rest stop along the way. We’ll arrive around 10:45 at Ouzoud (Tanaghmeilt) for a brief orientation at the upper viewpoint, then descend terraces and local stalls to reach the intermediate viewpoints and the base of the 110-meter waterfalls (some steps and uneven paths).
You’ll have free time between approximately 12:15 and 14:00 to take a small boat near the waterfall (optional), relax by the river, or choose a café for lunch (at your own expense).
After lunch, you’ll have more free time to cross the pedestrian bridge for alternative views, explore local stalls, and observe the Barbary macaques. If you prefer a shorter walk, you can stay at the upper terrace and still enjoy excellent views while others explore.
We’ll regroup at 15:30 at the upper parking area to return to Marrakech, with a brief rest stop on the way. Arrival is expected between 18:00 and 18:30, with transfer back to your accommodation. Sunscreen, closed non-slip shoes, and some cash for cafés or the boat are recommended; expect some mist at the base of the waterfall and warm temperatures around noon.
