8-Day Morocco Tour: Culture, History, and Desert

This 8-day tour starts in Tangier and explores northern and central Morocco, visiting the blue city of Chefchaouen in the Rif Mountains, the Roman ruins of Volubilis, the imperial city of Meknes, and the ancient capital Fez with its medina and the University of Al Quaraouiyine. The journey continues toward the desert, passing through Ifrane, the cedar forest of Azrou, the Ziz Valley, and reaching the dunes of Merzouga for a camel ride and an overnight stay in a Sahara desert camp. Next, you’ll explore the Todra Gorges, the Dades Valley, the Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, and Ouarzazate, before ending in Marrakech with its medina, souks, palaces, gardens, and iconic squares, concluding with a transfer to the airport.
