Circuit de 3 jours de Fès au désert de Merzouga

• Day 1: Fez – Midelt – Erfoud – Merzouga
  Our private tour begins with a trip toward the Atlas Mountains, stopping in the town of Ifrane to explore the famous cedar forest, home to the Barbary macaques. We will continue crossing the Tiz Ntalghamt mountain pass and the Ziz Gorges, where we can stop for photos and enjoy a local mint tea, before reaching Midelt.

The journey continues through the Ziz Valley, Erfoud, and Rissani, a traditional oasis. Finally, we will arrive at the Erg Chebbi desert dunes to spend the night in a small local riad.

• Day 2: Merzouga Desert Excursion
  Today we will explore the desert region around the Erg Chebbi dunes. You will have the opportunity to learn about the life of nomads and enjoy the striking desert landscapes. We will visit the black village of Khamlia, where we will enjoy Gnawa music. For lunch, we will taste a traditional Berber pizza in the ancient capital of Rissani. In the afternoon, we will ride camels across the dunes and spend the night in a desert camp.

• Day 3: Merzouga – Midelt – Fez
  After breakfast, we will return to Fez. We will stop at the Azrou forest resort, where, if lucky, we might observe some monkeys in their natural habitat. Before concluding the 3-day tour, we will have lunch in Midelt, a city famous for its minerals.
